Special thanks are due to Big Foot Orienteers and Orienteering NSW for helping to make this return to Cockatoo Island happen.
Cockatoo Island is a UNESCO World Heritage listed site and has a unique role in Sydney’s history. Make a day of it and soak in the history and all the island has to offer.
REGISTER FOR THE EVENT BELOW. Club members can also enter via Eventor up until midday on the Thursday before the event. Note that all spectators and participants must register their attendance at the event as part of our COVID Safe event conduct.

Start window: 9:30am to 12pm (the start window for this event has been extended)

Course Closure: 1pm
Access and parking: Catch a ferry to join us for this novel event.
What to bring: Come along ready for an active morning (running shoes, tee-shirt and shorts) plus bring a drink and morning tea. If you have a compass and SPORTident stick bring them too. Note that if you are ready to acquire your own equipment, wish to upgrade or alternatively replace essentials then we keep these items in stock and have them available for purchase at events.
